The new client Introductory Offer (valid for 21 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your purchase. Clients found to be buying the new client introductory offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred. If you are a NEW CLIENT to Tropic State Pilates & you do not arrive at least 5 minutes early to your FIRST class to receive an induction to the machine, you will be asked to return to another class at another time. Your class will not be credited. This is clearly stated in your welcome email. Medical Form/ Liability Waiver must be signed prior to your first class.

A minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via phone call or text within 2 hours prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and your session returned.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session. No-shows and absences will also forfeit that session. Your class will not be returned. 

Payment must be made prior to any booking. To book into a class you must have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking if you are in the studio. No pay, no play.

Arriving late after a maximum 5 minutes is considered late & the studio door will be locked. We respect our clients time who arrive on time, All classes MUST start on time, people have places to be. Don’t be late, We wont wait. If you’re late you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show. Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted or walk-ins clients.

The Owner and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and the owner and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

Discount codes & links sent via email/text &/or social media are for the intended recipient only. Any customers using a discount code that has not been offered to them personally will have their class pack voided & refunded or the price difference charged to your account.

GRIP SOCKS ARE MANDATORY! EVERY CLASS!
We require grip socks (available to purchase in studio)

Your FIRST class only, we allow normal socks or no socks (standing work).

Grip socks must be worn for safety reasons every class.

WAITLISTS!

If a class you want is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available you will receive either an email or text from us confirming your place in the class. If you book a waitlisted class, prepare to come to said class.

Waitlist automation closes 60 minutes before class, when you will be contacted personally to see if you still want to join. You are under no obligation to join within 60 minutes & your space will be offered to the next in line.

If you join multiple WAITLISTS, it is your responsibility to manage your bookings.
If you are joining multiple waitlists & a class becomes available & you are still booked into another waitlisted class, it is your responsibility to cancel off that waitlist. Joining a waitlisted class is the same as any other class booking, you are reserving a space, taking availability from others to join the class. You can cancel off the waitlist at anytime no charge! A charge is only applied, once you have been added to the class. If you have joined multiple waitlisted classes & a class becomes available within the 9 hour cancellation period, it is still your responsibility to cancel off your second waitlisted class. All classes booked from waitlist are treated as a booked class & the 9 hour cancellation policy applies unless you cancel yourself off the waitlist.

Each Class Pack has an expiry date.  The expiry date is valid from the date of your purchase for such pack. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured or sick, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested via email before the expiry date. 

Monthly Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured or sick, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested via email before the expiry date.

Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Gift vouchers can only be used for Pilates classes at Tropic State Pilates.  They are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. Tropic State Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Please note that all credit card transactions, merchant fees, and direct debit charges are subject to being charged per transaction. By engaging in any transactions with Tropic State Pilates, you agree to abide by this billing structure.

Any class credits not used within allocated expiry of pack purchase, can be rolled over when a new class pack is purchased within 14 days of previous pack expiring. Class credits are applied lie within the “new pack purchase” expiry time frame.
