REFORMER OG

• Reformer OG is about slowing down to focus on the Basics - which include - Original Repertoire, Strength, Contemporary & Progressive technique. Ideal for beginners but don't be deceived this is a solid workout!

INTERMEDIATE

This class moves through exercises at a higher pace, more reps & less rest time. During the Intermediate classes, we revisit Reformer OG. We are still focusing on form, adding layers, strength & stretch into the mix. We explore new exercises that will challenge you & embrace finding confidence to help us become fearless movers. You'll leave after each intermediate class feeling more confident with the repertoire & stronger in your own body. Finding the foundation to move fearlessly on the reformer.

please complete 5+ reformer basics classes or ask your instructor when to move into this class.

REFORMER ADVANCED

Friday 5:30 am & 9.30 am

SLOW FLOW

Reformer Slow Flow we focus on stretching. Slow Flow is a slower paced, zen-like class with the ultimate mix of stretching and strength work. We explore shapes we can already create whilst trying to reach a little further in every class. This class is designed to increase flexibility and strength, exploring bigger shapes and juicy stretches that will leave you feeling beautifully stretched, lengthened and relaxed.

Not suitable for prenatal clients in the 2nd & 3rd trimester.

Individual sessions offer a personalised and empowering Pilates experience. These one-on-one private classes serve as an excellent introduction to Pilates principles and the Reformer machine, offering a deep understanding of the practice before considering group sessions.

Private classes are designed for a diverse range of clients, including those re-entering exercise post-hiatus, recovering from injury or surgery, managing pre-existing conditions or illnesses, prenatal or postnatal individuals, mature-aged participants, or anyone who prefers a customised approach.

If you're feeling apprehensive about joining a group class due to an existing injury, we highly recommend starting with private sessions. This approach allows our instructors to gain a comprehensive insight into your unique movement patterns, enabling us to tailor class programs exclusively to meet your specific needs.
